Service Description

At the heart of every parenting decision is a child who deserves to be heard. Our Child-Inclusive Practitioners can attend mediation to ensure consideration is made about the child/ren's needs. A qualified social worker attends the mediation process to provide insight into the emotional and developmental needs of children, helping parents make more informed, child-focused decisions. This approach supports families by: Enhancing mutual understanding and reducing conflict. Encouraging long-term, child-centered outcomes. By integrating child-inclusive principles into mediation, we help parents focus on what matters most — the well-being of their children. Service Provided; 1 hour intake with each parent separately prior to mediation. (If the family is not found suitable, the fee will be $210 per parent). 3 hour attendance with parent organised mediator. Price is shared by parents (payment required by invoice date). Please note if reading of documents is required, there will be a fee of $110 per hour (flat rate).
