Service Description

At the heart of every parenting decision is a child who deserves to be heard. Our Child-Inclusive Practitioners can attend mediation to ensure consideration is made about the child/ren's needs. A qualified social worker attends the mediation process to provide insight into the emotional and developmental needs of children, helping parents make more informed, child-focused decisions. This approach supports families by: Enhancing mutual understanding and reducing conflict. Encouraging long-term, child-centered outcomes. By integrating child-inclusive principles into mediation, we help parents focus on what matters most — the well-being of their children. Service Provided; 1 hour intake with each parent separately prior to mediation. (If the family is not found suitable, the fee will be $210 per parent). Full Day attendance with parent organised mediator. Price is shared by parents (payment required by invoice date). Please note if reading of documents is required, there will be a fee of $110 per hour (flat rate).
